Preschoolers:

Each week our preschoolers learn about music and singing in Preschool Choir. Then they study and memorize God’s word as they work through the Awana Cubbies curriculum. Children must be 3 by September 1, 2021 to participate in Cubbies.  Loving childcare is available for children birth through 2 years old.

Children:

The children will rotate through two different sessions in this year. The topics included in each section may include Old and New Testament, missions, Bible drill, discipleship, team building, and worship.  The children will meet in a mixture of small and large group environments to gain more in depth Christian education.

Youth:

This fall our youth will look at the life and ministry of Jesus in the book of Luke. We will start each week with large group activities followed by a lesson and small group discussion.

Adults:

Our adult classes will be broken into two sessions this fall.

Email Elizabeth@lawrencevillefbc.org or call the church office if you have questions.

Quarter 2 - October 12, 2022 - December 7, 2022

Refuel (Office Classroom) 4:30pm

Mid-week Bible study and prayer time in the Office Classroom.  This class will meet from 4:30pm until 5:30pm (participants will be able to attend our Wednesday fellowship dinner).  The class will be a study on the book of James.

Equipping Dragon Slayers (Office Classroom) 6:30pm

The Bible describes Satan as a deceiving snake and a devouring dragon. He wants you to believe what is false. In this 8 week course we will explore how to defend against an ever increasing immorality in society, media, and in our schools. We will examine how to treasure truth and reject falsehood. How to love what God loves and hate what God hates. How to serve as an essential part of the local church body, and community. And how to invest and equip the next generation of dragon slayers. As J.R.R.Tolkien reminds us, “It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations.” (The Hobbit) Paul writes, “Finally be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:10-11)

Disciples Make Disciples (Gathering Plaza) 6:30pm

It’s time to be about the #1 mission of the church. This is not a typical class, but a “Classroom In Action” (C.I.A). We are all learning...and now we will learn together AS WE GO! These 8 weeks will be a mixture of classroom time and field time...bringing the gospel to Lawrenceville. This mission is NOT for a select few, but the entire church.  It’s who we are, it’s what we do, it’s why we’re here.  Charles Spurgeon said, “Young men, and old men, and sisters of all ages, if you love the Lord, get a passion for souls. Do you not see them? They are going down to Hell by the thousands. The business of the church is salvation of souls.” All come! Join the #1 mission of the church!

SERVE - Volunteer for this 8 weeks to serve in our preschool, children, or youth discipleship programs!

Our adult choir also meets at this time.  They meet Wednesday from 6:30pm until 8:00pm.  All are welcome to attend!
