Preschoolers:

Each week our preschoolers learn about music and singing in Preschool Choir. Then they study and memorize God’s word as they work through the Awana Cubbies curriculum. Children must be 3 by September 1, 2021 to participate in Cubbies.  Loving childcare is available for children birth through 2 years old.

Children:

The children will rotate through two different sessions in this year. The topics included in each section may include Old and New Testament, missions, Bible drill, discipleship, team building, and worship.  The children will meet in a mixture of small and large group environments to gain more in depth Christian education.

Youth:

This fall our youth will look at the life and ministry of Jesus in the book of Luke. We will start each week with large group activities followed by a lesson and small group discussion.

Adults:

Our adult classes will be broken into two sessions this fall.  Click here to register for one of our adult classes.

First Quarter (August 11 - September 29)

Prayer (Room A207) - Prayer is an integral part of our faith and discipleship. What is prayer? How should we pray? We will look at prayer from a biblical perspective, and we will spend dedicated time in prayer for one another and for our church, using our weekly prayer planner.

Basics of Christianity (Room A204) - For someone who has just recently become a Christian or someone who has been a Christian for 50 years, it’s important to understand what we say we believe. What does it mean to be a Christian? What are our core beliefs? And how does that help us today?

Ladies First (Room A209) - This class is for ladies only! Come connect with other women and share life together. We will learn from one another and help one another. We are stronger together.

SERVE - Volunteer for this 8 weeks to serve in our preschool, children, or youth discipleship programs!

Second Quarter (October 13 - December 8)

Class offerings subject to change

Worship 101 - What is worship? This class is a primer on what we do in worship and, more importantly, what it means. We will discuss biblical and historic worship practice while thinking about our own worship at LFBC.

Evangelism - We all know that sharing our faith is important. But how do you do it? This is a safe place to learn how to share and practice sharing your faith.
