Family

Lawrenceville First is for the family. The Bible uses the image of family to describe our life together. Jesus instructs us to pray to God as our Father (Matthew 6:6,9).

The Bible describes followers of Christ as the adopted sons and daughters of God (Ephesians 1:3-5; 2 Corinthians 6:18).

For us, a commitment to family is a commitment to strengthen and serve everyone who calls Lawrenceville First home. At Lawrenceville First you won't just find a church; you will find a family.

City

Lawrenceville First is for the city. God instructed his people to seek the welfare of the city (Jeremiah 29:7). Our members seek the welfare of our city in many tangible ways. Our desire is to be a blessing to our city.

NATIONS

Lawrenceville First is for the nations. We long to see the day when the nations will be glad and sing for joy (Psalm 68:4). We anticipate the day when people of all tribes and people and languages will surround the throne and cry:  Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb! (Revelation 7:9-10), Our mission is to carry out Jesus' commission to make disciples (Matthew 28:18) and be His witnesses (Acts 1:8). We partner with several language congregations and we send mission teams to work with partner churches around the world. We desire to introduce Jesus to people who have never heard His name.
